Terms of Service
Last updated: 12 September 2026
These terms cover your use of Apollo — the desktop app and this website. By downloading or using Apollo you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy.
Using Apollo
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive licence to install and use Apollo to manage WordPress sites you own or are authorised to administer. You are responsible for the sites you connect and for keeping your credentials safe.
Don't use Apollo to break the law, to access sites without permission, or to disrupt the service for others.
Beta software
Apollo is currently in beta. Features may change, break, or be removed, and a beta build may stop working after its trial period. Please keep your own backups of anything important.
Plans and payment
Apollo has a free tier and paid subscriptions. Paid plans are billed in advance for the period you choose (monthly or yearly) and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Prices are shown for your region and may change with notice for future billing periods.
No warranty
Apollo is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it fits a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Apollo and its makers are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the app. Keep backups.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; we'll post the new date here and, for material changes, let you know in the app. Questions? Email support@apollo-site.com.
